Together, we close the loop: through textile products made from 100% monomaterial, smart end-of-life collection, and complete circularity.
How it works?
Problem & Solution
Composite textiles can’t be recycled
Circular textile recycling is only possible with 100% monomaterial. Unfortunately, a lot of corporate textile consists of composite fabrics that can only be ‘downcycled’ into products like cleaning cloths or moving blankets. As these are at the end of their use they are burned or end up on a landfill abroad.
The result: unnecessary pollution, CO2 emissions, and use of new raw materials.
100% Monomaterial = 100% Circular
Now is the time for creating a sustainable textile loop! How? By making products from 100% monomaterial, such as polyester (PET) or cotton. Monomaterial, and especially synthetic fibers, can be easily granulated back to their raw materials and thus being fully recycled.
We recommend trying 100% polyester textiles. Polyester products are very durable and are easy to maintain. Furthermore, recycling polyester is a very efficient process.

How we create a closed loop
We assist you in every step of the process, and take care of everything: from contacting your (textile) supplier to the collection of used products.
This is how we create zillion cycles:
Advice & Analysis
We analyse a sample of your product(s) in our laboratory. When the outcome is 100% monomaterial let the cycle begin! Composite textile? Then we send advice to your supplier on how to make the textile circular. The new product is also analysed until we are sure the textile can be processed fully circularly.
We also advise which corporate products can be made circular (spoiler: often more than you think!). From workwear, mattresses and bed linen, to towing cables and cargo nets: 100% monomaterial is the future of sustainable textiles!
Always traceable products
100% monomaterial is a good start, but what if the product ends up in the wrong pile after use? Downcycling, incineration, or landfills still follow.
That’s why we provide special RFID tags to sew into the corporate textiles. This way, the product is always traceable and can be sent to the correct factory for recycling. There, the machine scans the tag and separates it from other (composite) textiles.
In short, the RFID tag ensures 100% certainty that your used textile products end up in the right place.
Close the loop
A circular loop is only complete if products can also be returned for recycling. Zillion Cycles takes back used textiles (if 100% monomaterial), grinds them back to the original raw materials, and makes new yarn from them.
This completes the circle: from production, use, and recycling, back to new and sustainable textiles. An endless loop.

Zillion Cycles helps you contribute to a circular world, quickly and easily. Our closed loop ensures infinite use of valuable raw materials. In case you want to have more information, contact us directly! For circular textiles, but also for all other questions about purchasing and using textiles.
Never again:
- Uncertainty about the sustainability of your textiles and compliance with the Textile UPV legislation.
- Only downcycling textile products
- Depletion of the earth due to CO2 emissions, pollution, and the use of (new) raw materials
But always:
- 100% certainty of circular textiles and a special tag that guarantees recycling
- Infinite reuse of textiles made of 100% monomaterial
- Zillion cycles with the same raw materials. A circular and livable world: now and in the future
